Delivery and Return Details

Branx Fitness uses it’s own delivery team wherever possible and one of our trusted long-term delivery partners where required. Depending on the delivery company and their individual health and safety policy, this may mean your goods are delivered to kerb side. In general your item will be delivered ground floor to a room of your choice as we do go above and beyond our requirements to ensure our customers are happy, however legally our free delivery does not include the driver taking your purchase upstairs internally or externally. Drivers are not insured to enter your property. On all heavy items like treadmills we operate a 2 man delivery service but at times they may only use 1 man, which will mean the driver may require assistance from you to assist or move the goods from the drop off point into your home. If this is the case we will inform you prior so you can ensure help is at hand.

Standard Delivery

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all UK Islands may incur an additional charge and take longer. This includes but is not limited to postcodes beginning AB, IV, BT, HS, KA, KY, PA20+, PO30+, ZE, GY, JE, IM, KW.

Installation Service: Installation is available at the checkout on selected products. If chosen, we will set up your home equipment at an agreed time. Installation is typically arranged within 5-10 days. You can also get in touch for a quote before ordering. sales@branxfitness.co.uk

Free Delivery on Sports Nutrition and Supplements: All orders to mainland UK qualify for free delivery. Goods usually dispatched within 3-5 working days

What is one man / kerbside delivery?

Branx Fitness use a number of couriers for delivery of 'large items'. Free delivery includes delivery to the kerbside immediately adjacent to the couriers vehicle. Most couriers regard inside delivery as an extra service and as such this is not included with the free delivery option. It may be necessary for you to assist or move merchandise into your home. This is especially relevant if you live in a block of flats as couriers will only deliver to the ground floor entrance to the block.

Where possible, we recommend paying for two man delivery and installation on large items

What is two man delivery?

This service is available for large items. Subject to good and safe access, the courier will place the product in the ground floor room of your choice. Please note: Due to Health & Safety regulations deliveries above or below ground floor are at the carriers discretion and are not guaranteed. This includes steps that are immediately outside the premises and are required to climb in order to gain access to the property.

Returns

All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us asap. If you wish to cancel or return goods please e-mail our customer service department at the address below and we will issue a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA).Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of RMA.

If you order stock that is regarded as a special/one off order, you cannot return for refund. These items are non-returnable and are not covered by distance selling rights.Any goods damaged will have to be returned via suppliers return pouch.

The cost of postage, packaging and insurance to return the goods will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The cost of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund. There may be a re-stocking charge. If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Branx Fitness reserves the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer. If the goods have been removed from their original packaging or assembled, your option to cancel may be forfeited.

Please note: our couriers do not collect any unpackaged goods.

Our Standard 14 day online return options apply to goods purchased for domestic use only. These options do not apply to equipment purchased for use by a business, commercial equipment, or for any ‘special order’ items.

Special order items are goods that are not normally stocked by Branx Fitness and have had to be ordered specifically for a customer. These options also do not apply to any Nutritional Supplements, software, DVDs, videos or books where the security or outer seals have been broken.

Mail Order Returns/Ex. Display Models are classed as ‘one off’ ‘special order’ items, and as such are not covered by our standard 14 day online return option.

Any free gifts received with your order must be returned if an order is cancelled.
