Saturday Delivery/ Installation (One Man): All orders must be placed by 3pm on Thursdays. This service is limited by a 50 mile postcode radius from our main depot and is charged at £25 on top of the standard installation charge. Product Installation: This is a very popular service where Branx Fitness will fully assemble your product at the same time as the delivery has been arranged for. This is to ensure minimal inconvenience is caused to our customers. We will even take away all unwanted packaging that comes with your new Branx Fitness product, saving you the trouble of disposing of it yourself.
Returns and Cancellations: Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel most products purchased from us using distance means and receive a full refund within 14 days of delivery. We must be notified of your intention to cancel in writing or email and the cost to return the goods will be the responsibility of the customer. We also reserve the right to make a deduction from refunding the full purchase price if we believe (on examination of the returned goods) that they exhibit use (including self assembly and attempts at disassembly). The amount of deduction will be based on the extent of the diminishment in the goods value.
